Formin SA has invested and continues to invest in specialty installations for the purpose to provide efficient services to clients.

Formin SA has as present an impressive fleet of installations, vehicles and equipment. All installations and vehicles are maintained at the highest operational standard by our maintenance team Among our drilling equipment suppliers we enumerate: Atlas Copco, Boart Longyear, Rolatec, Comaccio, and Puntel.

In the last years several pieces of drilling equipment have been purchased having modern technical features that contributes increasing the works quality and work productivity, making shorter the actual time needed to perform the works.

The equipment recently purchased, together with the implementation of the dry drilling technology with tapping hammer led to the significant quality and productivity increase. In this meaning a conclusive example is represented by the possibility of drilling in hard rocks until 100m depth on daily basis.

For geological and geotechnical research drilling wireline technology is used even for 146 mm diameter.

The drilling systems used allow carrying out high efficiency drilling and keeping very strict deadlines. The equipment is used successfully even in case of soils with high complexity degree, for example, thin layers of gravel and great rubble stones, hard clay, clay shale, coal and gangue, compact rocks
